The 'Using Smells in Museums' Event

The Using Smells in Museums event was a great success!
As part of the International Themed Smell Day celebrations, on 25th July 2026, curators, museum practitioners and educators came together in a unique exchange of knowledge. Using Smells in Museums was an online event for anyone using, or hoping to use, scents in educational attractions.

Using Smells in Museums was co-organised by Liam R. Findlay (International Themed Smell Day, AromaPrime) and Sofia Collette Ehrich (The Olfactory Contractor). It was co-hosted and accommodated by Gus Romero (The Fragrance Alliance Network).
